Our newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home is the perfect place for traveling nurses or anyone visiting Raleigh for a fun time! It is a hidden gem in the suburbs of Crabtree Woods with excellent access to all of Raleigh. Perfectly located only 7 minutes from UNC Rex Hospital, 10 minutes from PNC Arena, and 12 minutes from Duke Raleigh Hospital and Downtown Raleigh. We have a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dyer and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Raleigh!
The Space
The Back Porch is a newly renovated duplex unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 5 guests. We have a fully stocked, recently updated kitchen with all of the appliances you will need to cook a meal at home! The cozy living room has a gorgeous fireplace, a flat screen TV with streaming services and a comfy L shaped couch which is perfect for a movie night at home. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the beautiful back porch surrounded by lush trees and nature. There is an in-unit washer and dryer with a laundry starter kit and enough towels for up to 5 guests located in the bathroom vanities. We happily provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent & dish soap.

The Location
The neighborhood is a quiet residential street that is surrounded by nature. It is a great area to go on a walk and there is a small lake nearby that you can stroll to! The Crabtree Valley Mall is minutes from the house and downtown Raleigh is a short 12-minute drive away. The area is a perfect location if you are working at UNC Rex Hospital or Duke Raleigh Hospital. We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and things to do in the area!

“As a family that travels for the summer and stays in many different rentals, we loved staying at this little place during our baseball tournament. The house is located close to NC State, Durham and Chapel Hill. We watched fireflys dance in the woods from the back porch while eating out late evening snack. We would to stay again. The Space
This beautiful two-story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will comfortably sleep up to 10 people! The living room is perfect for hanging out with your friends and family with a flat-screen TV that has access to streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs with a large dining table and bar seating for family meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the pool or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. There is a walk-in laundry room with beach towels and an enclosed garage with lots of beach toys and necessities. We happily provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry & dish soap.

Lucky Livin’ is located in the heart of Destin only 0.3 miles from the closest beach entrance and right across the street from Destin Commons shopping center. Enjoy other shopping areas, including Silver Sands Outlet Mall (less than 5 miles away) and Grand Boulevard in Miramar. If you are in the mood for arcade games, theme parks, or miniature golf you can go to the Track, Wild Willie's Adventure Zone, and Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl and Grill which are all right around to corner. Is a water park more what you had in mind? Big Kahuna's is open from mid-May to mid-September. Want to do some deep-sea fishing, boating, waterfront shopping, or dining? Head on down to Harbor Walk Village. You will love this centrally located beach destination!

This was a magnificent place! Everything was clean and very comfortable. We loved the first floor because we have a five year old and she was able to go on the balcony. our host, Chris, was super responsive to all of our questions and checked on us every day. This was a wonderful stay for our family!
